PRESIDENT - THOMAS SAFRAN
Thomas Safran tssafran@buffalo.edu Tom is a senior in the School of Management, concentrating in Finance with a minor in Computer Science. He interned with Deloitte this past summer, where he was a Cyber Risk Consulting Intern. This experience gave him strong analytical, research, teamwork and presentation skills that will help him continue to lead our club's excellence. Prior to that, he was an advertising sales intern at Fox Network Group and a Tax Intern at Anthony C. Leone’s CPA in Buffalo. His freshman summer, Tom studied abroad at the Singapore Institute of Management, where he developed and presented a business plan to bring a US based company into Asia. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, swimming, skiing and eating exquisite foods. Tom is really looking forward to serving the members of our great club through another outstanding year! |

Anita is a junior in the School of Management, concentrating in Finance and Marketing. During her first semester as a member of the Buffalo Undergraduate Consulting Club, she joined the Social Committee and planned events for the members to get to know one another better. This past summer, she studied aboard in Singapore and learned a great deal about multinational organizations. She is involved in school as a Global Ambassador and the Res Fit Coordinator. She enjoys boxing, anything pink, scrapbooking, watching movies, and having a good time. An interesting fact is that she has a dog named Fatty and indeed he is! In this position she hope to get to learn more about the members and their interests in hopes to make this a great year for BUCC. |
Vice President of Consulting Services
Zach is a junior in the School of Management, with a concentration in Finance. From a young age, he has always been entrepreneurial - even starting two successful business ventures in his teenage years. This past summer, he joined the Cardinal Rose Group, and now works as an Operations Analyst and Product Manager for the group. In his spare time, he enjoys derivative trading, learn about technology, going to the gym, or hanging out with friends. He hopes to utilize his strong entrepreneurial background and work experience to help members of BUCC expand their horizons and be successful in their consulting and business pursuits.

Treasurer
Mitch is a sophomore, intending to major in Accounting. In his first semester as a member of the Buffalo Undergraduate Consulting Club, Mitch participated in the BUCC Nielsen case competition, in addition to working on the United Way consulting project. Outside of school, he works at Wegmans Food Markets, enjoys playing hockey, and hanging out with friends and family. In his first semester on the executive board, he wants to focus on helping the members of the club develop their professional skills and making that possible from a financial perspective. Additionally, Mitch wants to make sure that all members feel as though their voice is heard within the club. |
Secretary
Devashish is an international sophomore, majoring in computer science with a minor in management. As a freshman, he worked at Hewlett Packard this past summer as a Process Engineering intern. His interests are really diverse - doing everything as random as writing for The Times of India for 1 year, to winning at international debate competitions. He's the President of Honors Council, Treasurer for Mock Trial and actively involved in SA Assembly and Senate. BUCC has given him new insight into logistics, processes, communications and networking. He aims to provide members with a contact directory of BUCC alumni, patrons, mentors and professors, to serve as guides whenever members may need help. In addition, he hopes to help everyone in the club gets to know each other personally - to help us easily function as team for case competitions.
